About an hour, recorded, with someone experienced in security and AI. You talk about where you are today and the future you actually want. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to sell you.

Reading it back
We work through what you said and keep your own words, with the point in the conversation they came from. Where we draw a conclusion, it is labelled as ours, not put in your mouth.

The short read
A few pages you could hand to a chief executive or a board: the picture you described, the gap, and where to start.
- Step 4
The full plan
Behind it, the longer document: your people, your processes, the tools you already have, the gaps, the risks worth naming, and step-by-step next moves in the order they should happen.
- Step 5
Your approval
A person checks the document before anyone sees it, and it is only released to the people you were told about. You can ask for corrections; the recording stays the source of truth.
